Elizabeth Warren Nominated in Great Show of Strength
[ June 2, 2012; ] In a resounding show of strength Elizabeth Warren handily won the Senate nomination with 95.77 percent of the more than 3,000 votes at the State Democratic convention, the largest margin of any candidate in a contested race in the party’s history.

Delegates begin community conversations contrasting President Obama’s accomplishments with Scott Brown’s voting record June 4th Weston, MA – Weston Democrats participated in Massachusetts Democratic Party’s annual convention in Lowell.
Delegates representing Weston were John Carlton-Foss, Richard Chacon, John Hennessey, Habib Rahman, Sandra Rahman, Paula Waxman and Jacqueline Haas, Chair of the Weston Democrats, served as an ex officio delegate. Also serving as ex officio delegates were Democratic State Committee members Nazda Alam and Joe Mullin.
